**A little bit about what we are looking for...**

***Being the front face of service charges by building positive relationships with residents, delivering a high standard of customer service. Providing accurate, transparent and clear communication surrounding service charges and placing the customer at the heart of the operation. Working with other departments within PA Housing to ensure that all service charges are in accordance with legislation, contractual arrangements, best practice and the group’s policies and procedures

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

**Your responsibilities...**
- To take ownership and responsibility for any service-related complaints / queries from customers ensuring that the customer experience is positive, professional and within set timescales at all times.
- Act as the first line of response for service charge queries develop a constructive dialogue to ensure effective information flow.
- Administer the systems required to manage the monitoring of service charge budgets for the housing services team.
- Assist housing services teams in the preparation of service charge budgets and forecast for all relevant tenures.
- Covering a geographically dispersed patch of housing stock, attending dwellings and meeting tenants.

- Minimum of 5 year’s experience within a customer service environment working for a Housing Association or other public service organisation, in a capacity which involved face-to-face interaction with customers
- Understand and demonstrate the groups values and behaviours, working collaboratively with colleagues, partners and other stakeholders to help build a sustainable highly effective organisation and develop our reputation as a successful housing provider delivering great value for its customers
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation/landlord’s legal responsibilities for Service Charges
- Experience and knowledge of contract management

**Disclosure and Barring Service**:
So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.
