Lead Clinical Nurse

**Job Type**: Full Time Permanent

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Lead Clinical Nurse, where you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Nursing Occupational Health service within the sites.
You will be accountable for the development of a professional and quality service, delivered by suitability qualified staff within a modern Occupational Health department.
The Lead Clinical Nurse will have direct line management responsibility to their nursing staff.
You will be indirectly managing of other UK nursing staff and be responsible for ensuring consistency of service delivery across the sites.
You will have:

- A relevant nursing qualification and registration with several years' post qualification experience within an industrial environment (experience of HAVS assessment is essential)
- Strong clinical nursing skills
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
Salary : £50,000 + 35 days holidays per annum, Annual Pay Review, Annual Bonus Scheme, Pension, Private Healthcare Scheme
