To support our ambitions for growth and meet the aspirations held by the Group, we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Officer to join our Investors in People Platinum award-winning team.
- Providing excellent repairs and maintenance services to tenants and customers in accordance with the relevant policies, procedures and service standards
- Managing a programme of pre and post-inspections in accordance with expected performance standards
- Ensuring that the quality of work by contractors appointed for reactive, void and service charge maintenance and service contracts is of the highest standard and complies with all requirements
- Carrying out void inspections and coordinating and supervising all necessary remedial works to return properties to a condition suitable for re-letting
- Carrying out estate inspections and reporting any repairs to the Operations Manager as required
