**Role Overview**:
They are seeking a Scheduler to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for organising and scheduling our operatives' work, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of repairs and maintenance services to our valued customers. You'll be a crucial link between our team and our clients, providing professional assistance and maintaining accurate records of service requests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule operatives' work assignments, including repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding service requests.
- Conduct outbound calls to update customers on service request progress.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into our systems.
- Maintain service delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (experience dependent).
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT for system usage and data entry.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and positive attitude.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Previous experience in repairs & maintenance environment.
- Familiarity with scheduling day-to-day or reactive repairs.
- Pension knowledge

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
