- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Work well under pressured and have the ability to use own initiative
- Well organised Good IT skills and knowledge of Outlook and MS Office and CASH for windows (Security Alarm Industry program)
