**What we are looking for**

We’re looking for a motivated, hard-working and professional Social Media Executive to join our fast-growing technology company. Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, Communications and Design, this role provides a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual who is looking to progress their career with a global brand. This is a full time hybrid role with three days per week to be spent at our head office near Andover, Hampshire.

You will be an integral member of our marketing and design teams with a passion for social media, working to deliver standout and engaging content for our brand. As well as working on our core AML/CFT brand, you will also be required to assist with social media channels for other brands.

**Breakdown of Tasks...**
- Oversee our social media channels, increasing brand awareness, encouraging engagement and driving traffic to our websites to increase leads, customer enquiries, appointments and donations (as relevant)
- Develop engaging, innovative and creative content for our social media channels including text, images, videos, reels, stories and other multimedia formats
- Develop important strategies for our social channels that are in line with each company’s target audience and goals with a view to growing engagement, followers and impressions to quickly develop a model for success
- Ensure all content produced is in line with Brand Guidelines and Style Sheets for each company
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions on our social media channels in a professional and prompt manner to maintain a positive brand image and foster relationships with the audience
- Build a content schedule for our brands in our scheduling tool, posting as required according to defined time scales and frequencies
- Track key metrics such as engagement, reach and conversion rates and use data insights to optimise social media campaigns and improve performance © AML Analytics 2024 13 March 2024 Page 2
- Manage and share social media passwords with team members as appropriate
- Monitor various “awareness days” and respond as appropriate
- Monitor online conversations using social listening tools and sentiment about the brand / industry to gain insights, understand customer feedback and respond to emerging issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and keep abreast of the latest social media developments, algorithm changes and platform updates to optimise our strategies
- Develop social media guidelines for employees, ensuring that their personal use of social media aligns with each brand's values and reputation
- Run PPC campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Implement an effective hashtag strategy for each channel and brand
- Produce and circulate a monthly Success Report for our social media channels to show metrics and trends

- Outstanding literacy skills (without any dependence on error correction software)
- Excellent eye for consistency, accuracy and attention to detail
- High quality writing, editing and social media content creation skills
- Fast and efficient worker with the ability to create high numbers of quality posts, reels and stories each day
- Quick to understand and process complex concepts and ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, always looking for unique solutions to problems and requests
- Ability to work in collaboration with the Design team
- Ability to multitask to a high standard and to meet strict deadlines
- An outstanding team player with high levels of integrity and honesty
- Able to manage and prioritise own workload
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Meta and social media scheduling tools
- Knowledge and proficiency in the following platforms is required**:*LinkedIn** (Highly proficient), **Instagram** (Highly proficient), **Facebook** (Good working knowledge), **TikTok **(Good working knowledge) and **YouTube** (Good working knowledge)
