Anabas Welcome is specialised in high-end reception and concierge services, the premium front of house division of Anabas. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.

We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Corporate Receptionist to carry out reception duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in Piccadilly Circus. A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met.

**This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, between 07:30 am and 18:00 pm (45 hours a week) with a s**alary** of £36,000pa.**

**Main Duties**
- To meet and greet all visitors approaching the desk in a friendly and professional way.
- Sign in all visitors for Client using the visitor management system.
- Ensure all incoming calls for the client business are handled efficiently and courteously at all times.
- Deal with all couriers and deliveries accordingly.
- Book taxis and local/international couriers as and when required for the clients members of staff by using booking systems.
- Ordering stationery or supplies for events when/if required.
- Ensure visitor passes for events and client meetings have been printed correctly and in accordance with events schedule.
- Assist with creating and printing name badges and table place cards
- Work closely with the other Anabas team members on site to ensure seamless service to the client.
- Ensure that the reception desk and waiting areas are consistently kept clean and tidy
- Assisting with locker management and the event set ups
- Managing events ensuring all clients needs and requests are met, and all operational requirements are coordinated; secure cost centres, and conduct show rounds for bookings and events
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
- Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
- Resolving problems and guest inquiries before and during the event
- Know what each event needs and lead meetings with the team.
- Approving all activities for the event communicating with the client
- Create reports and provide feedback to management after events when/if required
- Complete Occupancy Reports
- Deal with lost and found property in accordance with site policy.
- Report any maintenance issues within the Facilities Coordinator or Helpdesk.
- Deal with any reasonable requests from Anabas Management team.
- Support and promote the values of Anabas and Client.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager / Supervisor.
- Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and that of others, ensuring you comply with all Health & Safety procedures.
- Work in line with Equality & Diversity policy and report any incidents.
- Support company policies, ensuring full compliance with the procedures that accompany these.
