Office/Project Administrator to join our growing team based at our Littlehampton office.

Responsibilities will include
- Data Entry / Raising Purchase Orders / Invoice reconciliation

Daily management of calendar - co-ordinating electricians to each job

Liaise with customers to book in works

Create and send quotations

General admin duties
- At least 2 years experience in an office environment/admin role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise works and multitask and be proactive

Experience with MS Office package, and Xero if possible

Ability to use initiative to ensure that tasks are completed

Experience in the electrical industry desired, but not essential

Start date - asap

Salary £11.00 - £12.50

Working hours Monday - Friday - flexible TBA

28 days holiday (includes Bank Holidays)

On site parking

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
