Sales Administrator

Intech Calibration are based in Littlehampton with customers located nationwide although predominantly in the South and London areas. Established in 2008 the company has developed a secure and ever-growing customer base in the Fume cupboard/LEV service, Calibration and Cleanroom validation markets. Due to continued growth in all sectors, we are looking a **SALES ADMINISTRATOR**, with experience in customer service or sales preferably in Electrical, Engineering, Calibration or closely related industries.

You will be responsible for liaising with new and existing clients and to support the Intech Sales Team.

This role requires excellent administration skills, customer service or sales experience.

Main Responsibilities
- Inbound web requests
- Handle customer enquiries
- Support for the Sales Team
- Telephone sales
- Quote creation and opportunity management
- Building and maintaining sales pipeline.
- Achieve targets

Essential Requirements
- Experience in customer service or sales preferably in Electrical, Engineering, Calibration or closely related industry
- Ability to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively
- Detail Oriented - Must be organized with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Team player who is positive and possesses a professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Target driven
- Good work ethic
