Who we are
The Role in a Nutshell
A wonderful permanent, part-time opportunity has arisen for an Aftersales Invoicing Specialist to join Carla, Sam and the team in our UK Headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire.
One of Technogym’s goals is "Satisfying 100% of our customers and end-users". In this role you will contribute to this goal through the effective administration and communication around Aftersales chargeable works. A 'Day in the Life of' this role will include you assessing work orders against contract coverage, raising quotes and invoices, releasing work orders and managing all invoice/financial queries from customers. Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, customer care and system administration will bring you success.
What you will do
Provide Customer first line support for all chargeable works
Following up on quotes to ensure the customers' needs are met
Maintaining data accuracy within the working systems at all time; updating customer contact details where required to ensure that future communications are delivered accurately.
Accurately recording the customer Purchase Order details in the business systems
Releasing the Work Orders for action by the field service team
Placing orders for spare parts for the chargeable works where required.
Managing all invoice/financial queries from customers regarding their service and digital contracts, payments and costs
Communicating with customers to ensure they are well educated on their contract coverage
Assist with all other After Sales administrative tasks in line with demands
What you will have
Knowledge of ERP systems - SAP is a plus
Management of service orders and invoicing
Management of service contract terms and conditions
Problem solving and organizational skills
