The role in a nut-shell

Our Services teams are always trying to improve their service quality to have the best fitness experience available anytime, anywhere.

We are looking for an energetic and service orientated Aftersales Customer Care Specialist who will be responsible for providing timely responses to customer aftersales queries, conducting first line trouble shooting and booking field engineer visits. This role plays a key part in providing a high-class level of service in terms of 'First Time Fix Rate' and 'Time to Service'. The role is permanent, full time and will based out of our UK HQ in Bracknell, Berkshire

Previous technical experience is not required as our people will be fully equipped with the knowledge and support required to succeed.

What you will do
Coordinate with other Aftersales functions to arrange parts delivery and contract/warranty/invoice management
Schedule on-site visits with the Technical Engineers
Provide a premium level of customer service and act as an ambassador of the brand
Effectively record and manage incoming cases (Technical issues and queries) and if necessary, customer complaints
Act as the first-line solutions finder and escalate cases to meet customer SLA’s where required
Maintain data accuracy within the working systems at all times
Continuously learn about our products and services to ever improve your ability to resolve queries first time

What you will have
Previous experience in a telephone or face-to-face customer support environment
Strong written, listening and verbal communication skills
A passion for premium customer service delivery (timely, professional, ongoing communication, follow-up)
Familiarity with CRM systems (we use Salesforce and Service Max)
Adaptability to different customers/personality types
Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A desire to learn and work towards becoming a product expert
A passion for sport, fitness and wellness
Resilience, curiosity and teamwork complete the profile
