Large Engineering Company are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join the team in central Birmingham. The Accounts Assistant will have a varied role and will be tasked with handling aspects of the purchase ledger whilst also invoicing, inputtingdata and assisting with the administrative duties. The successful Accounts Administrator will have a friendly personality and will also have working knowledge of Sage software.

**Accounts AdministratorPosition Overview**

Sales order maintenance - updating and confirming dates, adding sales order numbers where missing

Maintain supplier purchase ledger accounts and supplier invoice queries folder

Monthly supplier statement reconciliations

Liaise with suppliers on payment queries

Answering calls and assisting with filing, scanning and data input

**Accounts AdministratorPosition Requirements**

Experience handling purchase invoices and processes.

Previous use of Sage 200 would be an advantage.

Flexible to working hours as schedules dictate.

Must embrace change and be willing to adopt new skills to support all areas of the business

**Accounts AdministratorPosition Remuneration**

£19,000 - £21,000 Per annum

Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm Friday 7.30am - 1.00pm

Office based role

23 days holiday + bank holidays
