An exciting and varied role has become available for a Property Accounts Administrator with a long standing, independent Sales and Lettings business based in Birmingham City centre. Working alongside a Senior Accounts Manager you will have the opportunityto learn this busy, multi faceted role in detail.

**Property Accounts Administrator Duties**:

- Processing invoices and payments.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Receipting rent payments.
- Producing landlord statements
- Management of the utilities for the buidling
- Chasing debtors.

**Property Accounts Administrator Experience needed**
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Accounts experience ideally'
- Willingness and desire to learn the accounts function in a busy estate agency
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Team player & articulate
- Quick thinker & customer focussed
- Flexible working approach
- Proactive & enthusiastic

This is a great opportunity for a detail orientated, organised Property Administrator with some accounts experience or looking to learn this area in detail.
