**to join their team based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham City Centre.**

**Full Job Description**

You will:

- Be first point of contact for visitors and guests.
- Undertake general reception duties.
- Provide a high standard of secretarial/administrative support to the MD, Customer Service Manager and the wider team.
- Accurately maintain the office diary.
- Organise meeting rooms and refreshments.
- Manage stationery supplies and all other office consumables.
- Ensure that internal and external post is dealt with and distrubuted effectively.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Have excellent communication and front of house skills.
- Be IT proficient and have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excell, Outlook.
- Have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and be confident in all aspects of administration.
- Have the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Be self motivated and enthusiastic.
- Be able to work effectively within a small but proactive team.

Salary : £21,000 - £24,000 per year dependant upon experience

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
