**Receptionist / Administrator**
**Location: Manchester Central**
**Full time: 37.5 hours per week**
**Shift times: Monday to Friday**
**Contract - Fixed Term Contract 9-12 months**
**Salary: Up to £24,000**

We’re looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly team based in Manchester.

As a Receptionist/Administrator, you’ll be the welcoming face for the our prestigious private medical centre. You will provide a friendly, warm and efficient reception and administration service, whilst consistently delivering high quality customer care to both internal and external clients and patients. You will play a huge part in contributing to an overall exceptional client experience.

Although working as part of a team, this role will involve occasional lone working for short periods of time.

**What you’ll do**:

- Meet and greet patients, VIP's and other visitors, GP’s and staff and assist with their enquiries
- Liaise with corporate clients and individuals for their health screening appointments
- Issue clients with the necessary paperwork and explanation forms
- Prepare system generated letters and invoices
- Support all administration departments across the business
- Chaperone patients as required
- Open and close clinic if required
- Support and deputise for Clinic Supervisor as and when required
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and Clinical staff to deliver the best patient journey

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous knowledge and experience in the hospitality, service or healthcare industry would be advantageous
- Good general level of education to GCSE level or equivalent, 5 GCSEs or more preferred at C grade or above (demonstrated through a competency-based interview) or equivalent
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Computer literate with proven experience of Microsoft Office and other information systems.
- A warm and friendly personality with a "can do" attitude
