Queen Margaret University is seeking an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Adviser. In this newly created role you will lead the development, promotion and implementation of the University’s equality, diversity and inclusive strategy, providing advice, guidance and expertise on EDI issues impacting both staff and students.

You will be an experienced EDI professional with a proven track record in delivering successful EDI strategies and initiatives in a complex organisational context. You will have sound knowledge of legal and statutory regulations and good practice in equality, diversity and inclusion. You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
