**Position Summary**

Progress Housing Group are looking for a Customer Contact Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to create high-quality homes, support independence, and foster opportunities for individuals and communities.

This position is full time working 36.25 hours per week between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday on a permanent contract.

You will be friendly and professional, have good listening, organisational and problems solving skills. You will be keen to learn new skills and processes. A team player who puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.
