As a general administrator, your daily tasks will vary day on day but will include:

- Answering support queries for customers and dealing with tickets
- Arranging installations
- Managing Finance queries
- Assisting in the monthly billing run
- Working with manager and the service team to manage diaries
- Complaint handling and resolution

**Requirements**:

- We are ideally looking for individuals with experience in customer service
- We would prefer someone with previous experience within the Telecoms industry, whether it be customer service, account management or similar.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer care over the telephone
- Strong self-motivation with a drive for personal improvement
- Ability to show high levels of professionalism
- Ability to handle objections in a competent and calm manner
- Confident working within a busy and demanding environment
- Comfortable with IT systems (word, excel, powerpoint)
