Midlothian Foot Care offers broad array of services geared to address today’s most common non-emergency and emergency illnesses and injuries like ingrown toenail. We know there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all cure, so we never use a one-size-fits-all approach to your diagnosis.

Midlothian Foot Care in Dalkeith (Podiatry clinic) is looking for a receptionist/ office assistant to work part time at our busy podiatry clinic.
Work is Wednesday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:15, Fridays 8:30 am to 5:15 and one Saturday a month 8:30-3:45
Occasional holiday/ sickness cover.
Duties include:
Meeting and greeting the customers.
Taking payments and booking appointments.
Answering calls and making outbound calls.
Organising diary.
Inventory check.
Cleaning and sterilising the instruments.
Basic cleaning duties.
Social media management.
General admin.
Assist practice owner.
Liaising with partner clinic.
Other Ad hock duties.
**Requirements**:
Good customer service skills.
Excellent English language skills verbal and written.
Good understanding of Microsoft office.
Ability to work alone and use own initiative.
Not essential but desirable:
Previous experience in customer service.
Previous experience working in an office environment.
Pension contributions when applicable.
Holiday will be payable pro rata.
Part-time hours: from 15h a week
