Responsible for the running and oversight of existing Claim Robotics/Automation process.

Using automated processes including effectively managing exceptions, and making sure accurate records are produced and logged.

Data entry from multiple external and internal systems into the claims management and other systems.

The opportunity
- We’re now hiring Claims Technicians to join our Automation team, based in Leeds or Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business support team, who are fast paced and diverse. Training will be provided, so it’s a great role for someone looking for next steps in their career.- Your new role- Responsible for the running and oversight of existing Claim Robotics/Automation process. You will be a support functionality to the wider business, duties include but are not limited to- Using automated processes including effectively managing exceptions, and making sure accurate records are produced and logged.
- Data entry from multiple external and internal systems into the claims management and other systems.
- MI input through internal system and Excel
- Supporting other areas of the business in day to day admin tasks
- There is also opportunity to get involved in exiting projects- About you- Whilst full training will be provided, we are looking for someone who has,- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work within a team and utilise their own initiate
- Good organisation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
