Role details
You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive end to end administrative support service to the Claims department. Ensuring the highest level of quality, efficiency and accuracy at all times.
**Relationships**:
**Responsible to**: Claims Administration Supervisor.
**Liaison with**: Claims Team Leaders, Wider Claims Team, DWF colleagues, Wider Claims Function, Customers, and Suppliers.
Background/Experience
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with minimum C grade passes in Maths and English.
Demonstrable experience of having performed successfully in a similar role.
Demonstrable experience of having delivered excellent customer service.
Strong decision making skills.
Demonstrable planning and organising skills.
Demonstrable experience of relationship management (internal and external).
Ability to work on own initiative and as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to consistently produce work of the highest standard even when working under tight timescales and when dealing with competing work pressures.
IT literate with experience of having developed and maintained databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident in dealing with staff at all levels of the Firm.
