As a Laboratory and Goods In Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the function and efficiency of both the Chemistry and Microbiology departments.

**Key duties**:

- Ensures all customers samples and chemicals are booked in accurately and efficiently and under the correct environmental conditions.
- Ensure customers are quickly notified of receipt of samples in a professional manner and to the high standard of customer service.
- Ensuring missing items or discrepancies are reported and investigated with appropriate actions put in place to mitigate loss to the business.
- Ordering and booking in of consumables / placing order
- Goods In - taking and processing delivered parcels, manual working involve.
- Support the wider inventory team and laboratory technicians when required.
- Ensure compliance to security, health and safety and regulations at all times.
- Following company’s SOPs
- Clean work environment.

- Strong IT Skills (MS Packages, Excel is an Advantage, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
