As a Part-Time Key Account Officer, you will be crucial in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs, develop customized solutions, and provide exceptional service to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

2. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and objectives.

3. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create personalized strategies and initiatives to engage key clients, drive adoption, and maximize revenue.

4. Coordinate with Product Development and Customer Success teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and address any client concerns or feedback.

5. Monitor client accounts and performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

6. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to key stakeholders, providing insights into client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to identify opportunities and challenges in the market proactively.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively.

4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

5.. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.

6. Flexible schedule with the ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and meetings.
