We are seeking an
**Account Executive (Geico)** also referred to as an
** Insurance Account Handler **to be responsible for providing insurance sales and service to customers enquiring about Motor Insurance Policies for expatriates (Expats), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and military members serving in the United Kingdom (UK) for the Personal Insurance (PI) Department. This position is being offered as
**fully remote** for our London office at Clements Worldwide.

**Salary Range**: £23 - £25K (35 hours weekly) - Salary + No Cap on Commission

**Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have**:

- 1+ years experience in personal insurance sales, insurance renewals or insurance account management
- legal right to work in the United Kingdom

**_ It will be great if you happen to have these qualifications:_**
- proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- self-starter, someone who takes initiative with the ability to work independently
- willingness to learn, develop new skills and work as a team
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong organisational, numeracy and literacy skills

**_ Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):_**
- retain, sell and cross-sell motor insurance for new and existing customers in our UK Personal Insurance (PI) department
- review Personal Insurance (PI) client receivables, to include updating insurance policies, processing mid-term adjustments, and pursuit our customers for documentation needed for their insurance coverages
- collect insurance payments for premiums, verify payments, update insurance account information, and other item needs to keep all insurance coverages up to date
- generate and provide motor insurance policy quotes for immediate coverage and short-term needs, to help solidify full coverage for all personal insurance matters
- perform accurate data entry and maintain integrity of customer information in the OpenGI (OGI) systems and any other systems used at Clements Worldwide
- follow established protocols and policies established by your department, Human Resources or any department in which guidelines must be met
- other duties and responsibilities maybe assigned depending on department need and growth
