Established company specialising in the sales and marketing of military equipment. We wish to recruit an efficient, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team while our current accounts administrator is on maternity leave.

The start date for this role is the 9th January 2023. If possible we would like the successful candiate to undertake a number of inhouse training days prior to the start date.

Your duties in your new position will include:

- Sage Line 50
- Excel - use of spreadsheets
- Entering purchases on to stock
- Updating daily sale reports (stock sheet and DPL)
- Keeping track of goods sold for 3rd party customers
- Daily VAT invoicing
- Closing month end and finalising sales
- VAT refunds to overseas customers
- Ad hoc invoices when required - rent/electricity
- Usage of Nominal codes
- Requesting vehicle paperwork from suppliers
- Paying suppliers when necessary
- Approving Bankline payments
- Telephone queries
- Arranging DHL
- Posting out vehicle paperwork to customers

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm

Pay: £12.50

Bonus: Quarterly bonus scheme (£1500 per annum)

Start Date: January 9th 2023 End Date: September 2023

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
