My client are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their successful team on a part-time temporary basis provisionally until the end of the year.

As the successful Administration Assistant, you'll be providing varied support within their Grantham premises. Providing administration expertise to ensure all customers/supplier interactions be actioned effectively and efficiently albeit on an internal and external stakeholder basis. You'll be covering a variety and broad range of office-based duties, which shall include but not limited to: -

- Updating outstanding equipment lists
- Updating invoice records in line with Purchase Orders
- General Office Duties
- Responding to email & telephone requests
- Checking Delivery Notes
- Checking & updating various Excel Sheets

The candidate must have the following attributes and dispositions: -

- Strong numeracy skills
- Thrives in small cohesive team, along with being flexible and adaptable
- Competent at multi-tasking, prioritising duties to adhere to deadlines as and when needed
- Strong communicator both in writing and verbally
- Confident demeanour
- Willing to learn in a growing and changing environment
- Can do, confident and proactive attitude, together with utilising your initiative when problem solving

This role is offered on a 25-32 hours a week basis,On varying days between Monday - Friday 08:30am -16:30pm, with an hourly rate of £11.50
