**The Role**:
As the Alliance Engagement & Communications Officer, you will be the external face of the alliance. You will be responsible for building and retaining strong connections and communications between the services within the alliance whilst maintaining a clear understanding of the alliance vision and community impact acting as the Brand Lead. In this role you will develop a strong knowledgebase and understanding of multidisciplinary public health teams. You will build strong relationships within the local Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) and make the most of opportunities to engage within the community. Lead on Marketing and promotion, advising of services within the community providing support to Clients and referral partners.

**Key responsibilities: -**
- Act as a local ambassador for the Alliance Partnership work.
- Create and implement engagement plans, and lead on engagement and communications activity to raise awareness of the Alliance and the community health services offered in the locality.
- Lead on early engagement activities, building relationships in new geographical areas targeted for growth and contribute to the success of the combined alliance work.
- Increase awareness and engagement across Hounslow through locality link working and a communication.
- Liaise directly with the Alliance Contract Managers of each lot to ensure the effective delivery of the contract.
- Regular monitoring of referral numbers, so appropriate support can be provided by the central team to assist with marketing activities, public health campaigns, social media activity, networking and events.
- Collate feedback from stakeholders and service users. Produce analytical reports with the focus on continuous improvement of our programmes and engagement activities.
- Be involved in team meetings working towards local service priorities.
- Engage with specific audience segments and partner organisations.
- Support the design and development of delivery resources suitable for specific community groups.
- Support the management digital social media accounts, create, find, and develop social content.
