**Styling Intern**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Styling Intern to join us. As Styling Intern, you will support the Styling team with building effective Brand campaign assets and managing the operations and logistics of a number of key productions.

We are a collective of luxury interior brands, each with a special role to play, and two manufacturing brands (Anstey Wallpaper Company and Standfast & Barracks). At Sanderson Design Group we are Sanderson, Morris & Co., Zoffany, Harlequin, Clarke & Clarke, and Scion and our purpose is ‘to bring the beautiful into people’s homes and lives’.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist on key shoots
- Oversee all product requirements for brand asset creation
- Brainstorm creative concepts together with the Lead Stylist
- Assist intra-department organization for Creative execution
- Assist in organising all marketing materials for upcoming styling projects
- Support the team in creating briefs for graphic requests, collating assets and copy
- Maintain general housekeeping of the marketing digital filing system
- Maintain supplier relationships by managing prop requests, invoices etc
- Manage on-set calendar and timings to support lead stylist in smooth running of the project
- Manage travel and entertainment for production team
- Daily administrative tasks to support the styling team
- Assist the styling team with the presentation of collections in a visual format: sorting collection fabric lengths, boards etc, when required
- Get an understanding of the Launch Lifecycle
- Deliver all activity and projects to a high standard, in line with Brand expectations
- Support the Lead VM Stylist in delivering Brand vision in terms of its creative assets

**Experience & Skills**
- Undergraduate of a Creative/Marketing degree and/or equivalent
- A highly self-motivated individual
- Well organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Good at building relationships, enjoys working in a team and closely with a number of internal stakeholders
- Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, good knowledge of CAD and Google SketchUp is beneficial but not essential
- Enjoys getting into the details of a project to ensure all aspects have been covered
- Finds new processes of better working practice
- Works well under pressure and able to manage multiple projects
- A creative thinker and problem solver
- Good negotiation skills
- Able to stick to budgets and have the capacity to look at the bigger picture
- Able to present to key stakeholders when needed

**What you will learn**:

- First-hand experience of how interiors shoots work
- How to use Brand Identity document to create imagery that is in line with the brand's art direction
- What it takes to produce interiors shoots; weekly and seasonal campaign planning
- How to solve problems and take initiative, how to look for new ideas and ways to achieve your assignments
- What it’s like to work in a small, fun team in a fast-paced environment
