An exciting opportunity to join the Spires Cleft Centre at Salisbury District Hospital as a MDT Coordinator has arisen.

The post is part time (22.5 hours)

We are looking for a flexible and self-motivated administrator with good attention to detail and the initiative to work independently. This is a busy and demanding role requiring a high level of communication and organisational skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialised and dynamic multidisciplinary team, working with children and adults born with a cleft lip and palate and their families. The Spires Cleft Centre in Salisbury is part of a twin-site service with the Spires Cleft Centre in Oxford.

To provide comprehensive support for the work of the Cleft Multidisciplinary Team by:

- Collating, checking and submitting national CRANE database, MDT audit programme and NHSE quality dashboard data
- Monitoring patient pathways and clinical follow-up, implementing changes as require

The post-holder will require excellent communication skills and be able to proactively engage with patients and families. They will have a robust understanding of the Cleft patient pathways and will be responsible for communicating directly with patients around upcoming appointments as well as be accessible to patients with any queries they may have.
