Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our team, based in Knowsley, Merseyside. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £22,734.35 to £23,500 per annum plus Excellent Benefits

**Responsibilities for the Project Administrator role are**:
Provide quality administration support

Diary and inbox management

Organization of filing (electronic and paper)

Minute taking

General administrative duties

Assist with the planning of meetings and notetaking

Assist with preparation of regular scheduled reports

Prepare site files and folders prior to commencing any new project, ready for the team to collect

Management of administrative systems and records

Answer telephone calls, subcontractors, suppliers and clients

Assist with onboarding of subcontractors and procurement of materials

Organize and confirm site visits by the operational team

**What we are looking for in our ideal Project Administrator**:
Strong administrative & IT skills required. Ability to operate a computerised database system/s is beneficial. Good working knowledge on how to use MS Excel spreadsheets essential. Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access). Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills. Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficial.
