**Salary**:£6,864 per annum

**Duration**:Permanent Contract

**Hours**:12 hours per week over 3/4 days. Some Saturday working will be required and additional hours may be asked for on occasion to assist with cleaning of cottages.

**Internally you will be known as 'Holidays Operation Team Leader'**

What it's like to work here:Working with the Holiday’s Team who manage Blickling, Felbrigg & Sheringham Cottages, you'll be required to attend regular team meetings. There will also be some lone working required.

What you'll be doing:As part of this role you'll be ensuring that standards are met at all times within our cottages, in readiness for our guests to arrive.

You will assist with the inductions of new staff and support the cover for changeovers, achieving very high standards of presentation and carrying out regular checks so that consistency is maintained; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs, managing stock for Holiday Operation Assistants, carrying out audits for compliance ensuring required regular tasks are completed and recorded on time, dealing with customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit and on occasion, cleaning of cottages.

- Good people skills and confidence in dealing with a variety of situations, including incidents and complaints
- Ability to support and lead a team safely
