Do you have experience within a **contact centre environment**? Are you looking for the opportunity to take your next step on the career ladder with us?

We’re looking for a talented **Team Leader** to join us in our Norwich office. You will use your knowledge and experience to have direct responsibility for a team of Customer Service Executives. You will effectively manage your team to deliver excellent customer service and support them by conducting regular 1-2-1’s, coaching and development. You will ensure the team’s day-to-day servicing and administration of client insurance requirements is completed in a timely, technically accurate and cost-effective manner.

- Lead, motivate and support your team in the delivery of required business KPI’s.
- Support the department in meeting all quality and regulatory standards.
- Proactively coach and develop your team to increase overall capability through using your specialist knowledge and experience.
- Provide technical expertise and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating an engaging and supportive environment that encourages your team to meet their full potential.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within your team.

**What are we looking for in our next Team Leader?**
- Experience of meeting financial, operational, service and quality KPI’s.
- An individual who can lead by example and is a role model to others.
- Experience in people management, including motivation, coaching, development, and performance management is desirable.
- Insurance experience would be advantageous.
- Experience of working within a regulated financial services environment.
- IT Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
