  • Leading the Client Executives, a highly skilled team that specialises in managing a portfolio of existing accounts whilst developing new client accounts within FINPRO.
  • Proactively lead and coach the team to ensure delivery of Service Level Agreements and client satisfaction
  • Support best practice through the development of colleagues and the implementation of new initiatives
  • Create and develop relationships within the department to ensure that you have a successful and happy team environment.
  • Manage your own portfolio, enhance existing client relationships whilst working to continuously identify and develop new opportunities for revenue generation.

What you will be rewarded with?

We will rely on you to:

  • Ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators and business objectives, through effective leadership of people and processes.
  • Oversee day to day operational activity of the team, leading and prioritising own and team workloads to meet deadlines and targets and maintain quality of service
  • Proactively lead team performance, to achieve quality, compliance and productivity targets.
  • Carry out regular one-to-ones with team members
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships, utilising effective communication, with colleagues, clients, insurers and third parties, lead challenging situations effectively.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activity of Department in absence of senior leader as required and within limits of authority.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, including business strategy and objectives.
  • Build and maintain a positive and supportive team environment within department that encourages colleague motivation and effectiveness.
  • Uses significant risk expertise and knowledge of the industry/insurers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs.
  • Advises on changing insurance and risk management market conditions and informs clients of major developments affecting various types of products/coverage.
  • Drives senior placement/technical support activities on assigned accounts, such as: ensuring procedural compliance; reviewing data and updating annual renewal exhibits; maintaining accurate placement system entries, to ensure contract execution as required

  • A good understanding of the general principles surrounding Insurance
  • Cyber Insurance knowledge advantageous, but not essential
