**The Role**
The role of the WFM Data & Integration Technical Lead is to oversee the definition, development & implementation of the data tooling and integration requirements pertaining to SSP’s new Workforce Management (WFM) solution.
- Integration of new WFM platform into current solutions and future SSP strategic platforms
- Implementation of data tooling to support migration and ongoing management of employee information
- Support the implementation of global standards for employee data from a system and solution perspective that encompasses all elements of the WFM process
- Support regional and country deployments, from “Fit to Global Common Design” workshops to identify localisation requirements through to cutover and going live
- Working with local teams to ensure quality and cleanliness of data in the new system is maintained
- Accountability for identifying technical solutions to data and process related issues of varying complexity
- Accountable for ensuring new integrations utilise the most efficient & effective technology
- Ensuring all new integrations are built & tested using SSP best practice

**Skills and Knowledge**

**Skills/Knowledge Required**

***Essential**:

- Experience in developing APIs - 1 year minimum, preferably using MuleSoft
- Proven experience in an integration analyst / engineer role - 3 years minimum.
- Experience with using continuous integration systems such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps
- Proven experience in using MUnits for integration and APIs
- Proficiency in implementing and delivering business requirements throughout the software development life cycle
- Experience in creating and supporting solutions deployed to business teams
- Experience in troubleshooting software issues and debugging distributed systems
- Excellent inter-personal skills with a can-do approach and the confidence to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation hierarchy
- Strong business analysis skills to identify and gather requirements
- Analytical approach to assessing options and providing recommendations
- High level of attention to detail with a meticulous attitude to their work to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to act at pace
- Collaborative and collegiate in approach
- Strong influencing skills, tenacious and able to work independently
- Proven experience as a team lead; demonstrable experience of mentoring and coaching team members, getting the best technical delivery out of the team
- Experience and leadership in an agile delivery environment, including experience of agile programming practices - Scrum/Kanban/Test Driven Development/Pair Programming/Continuous Integration - demonstrating capability to become an agile and DevOps champion

**Desirable**:

- Experience of one or more market leading WFM systems e.g. UKG (Kronos), Blue Yonder (JDA), Zebra (Reflexis), Quinyx, Dayforce (Ceridian)
- Knowledge and experience of load testing, using tools such as Apache JMeter or Tricentis
- Experienced in the hospitality sector
- Knowledge and experience of Winshuttle software in relation to data load and validation
- Experience of using Jira to manage project delivery
