**Brief job description**:
Firebrand Training have an exciting new opportunity for X2 Apprentice Tech Sales Associates, who are interested in entering the high growth tech space with Rapid Technologies based in Liverpool.

Reporting to Sales Director, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey, contributing to overall success of the sales team and the growth of the business.

Working within a dynamic and energetic sales team, the focus is on driving and qualifying leads via outbounds, speaking to potential prospects on the phone and booking meetings for the Sale Director.

The role offers a unique opportunity to get a footing in a company that is going through a period of high growth and change. Providing a real chance to grow and progress within an energetic forward-thinking team and get a bigger piece of the pie as the company goes from strength to strength.

Work closely with the Sale Director learning first-hand about the ins and outs of the business and Industry. Key brand training on all products is provided to all staff to ensure you are kept up to date with all the products.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Booking meeting and leads accordingly within the CRM.
- Maintain the data quality and activity within the CRM ensuring this is kept up to date daily.
- Developing sales collateral to be used on sales outreach.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting IT products and services.
- Work closely with the sales support team to create accurate and competitive quotes.
- Respond to client inquiries with detailed and accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure a seamless sale process.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client requirements to contribute to product development strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Completing weekly reviews and training with the Sales team - outlining challenges, what’s working and what not, to adapt to the market.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
- GCSE or equivalent Maths/English (Grade 4/C or above.) Essential

**Skills Required**:

- Experience within a sales environment would be advantageous but not essential.
- Basic understanding of IT and IT skills.
- Excellent communications skills and being able to articulate messages clearly.

**Role Development**:

- Offers a permanent role upon completion of the apprenticeship depending on performance.
- Opportunity to progress to a Sales Executive with increases in commission and pay grade.

**Training to be provided**:
Firebrand’s sector-leading Level 3 IT Technical Salesperson Apprenticeship (L3ITTS) trains apprentices to sell their business’ technical products and services. Apprentices will develop approaches to maintaining good customer relations and winning new business through a thorough understanding of existing and emerging technologies.

Firebrands course is delivered either Online (online live instructor led), or face to face in the classroom environment (your choice). Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Learning Mentors (LMs) and world-leading trainers prepare apprentices to work across multiple sectors.

Completion of this apprenticeship will provide learners with the following world class vendor certifications in addition to the IT Technical Sales apprenticeship:
