**What You’ll Be Doing**
- We’re on the lookout for a super organised and detail-loving Site Coordinator to join our team. As Site Coordinator, you’ll handle a variety of admin tasks and play a key role in organising engagement activities and peak events for our permanent and temporary staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Event coordination**:

- Plan, organise, and run local engagement activities and events, like food trucks and awareness campaigns, all aligned with our engagement calendar.
- Team up with vendors and internal stakeholders to make sure events run smoothly.
- Keep track of the events & engagement budget, making sure any spend is on target and flagging any potential overspend.
- Spread the word about events to employees and temps through different channels.
- **
Administrative support**:

- Manage and maintain site-related schedules, calendars, and bookings.
- Help out the wider Ops team with various admin tasks.
- Order and keep supplies for the site, including raising POs and setting up new suppliers.
- Work with maintenance and facilities teams to sort out any issues.
- Support the Health, Safety & Facility Manager by keeping H&S documentation up to date, including training records and risk assessments.
- Proofread & update documents.

**You'll be a great addition to the team if you have**:

- At least 1 year’s experience in a similar role, with proven experience in events coordination or admin support.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, dedicated to providing excellent customer service and creating a great employee experience for our people.
