Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our planned maintenance team in the Tamworth area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of completing internal and external planned maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the works/short-term programming of works to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee the management of Operatives, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers to maintain quality control and health and safety standards.
  • Attend pre- and post-inspection works and provide guidance on job requirements and design solutions.
  • Prepare and submit weekly site progress reports to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure the completion of job packs and submission of completion details to guarantee a swift invoicing procedure.
