**About the College of Contract Management.**

The College of Contract Management in the United Kingdom is a leading online attendance college for Engineering, Construction, Management, Training and CPD courses. We offer live online courses, designed for working professionals who are looking to increase their skill basis and confidence.

We are looking for a friendly and bubbly person to join the team at the College of Contract Management.

A main part of this role will be assisting with the development of new courses, signing on new lectures, and gaining accreditation for our courses, therefore timekeeping and organisation is essential.

We are looking to develop our offering of courses so we’re looking for someone with fresh and exciting ideas, that is ready to have a direct input on the growth of the company. You will need to be confident in your own skills and ideas and happy to take feedback as we look to expand our current course offering.

This is an entry level position, however we strive for growth and development here at the College, so we would be open to enrolment onto additional courses to support your future and there will also be great opportunities for promotion as the College continues to grow.

You will be joining an enthusiastic, friendly team in a modern office in the heart of Farnham town centre.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Executive Secretary with a focus on course development.
- Maintained and update our database with accuracy.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Assisting with the recruitment process and onboarding process of new lecturers.
- Provide administrative assistance with the creation and accreditation of new courses.
- Diary management for internal and external staff.
- Carrying out other projects and tasks as required by the business.

- Be a motivated individual, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
