Overview:
The Supplier Enablement Admistrator will support the management of the supplier onboarding and catalogue enablement processes inside SAP Ariba as part of Nomad Foods Phoenix transformation programme.

As we rollout SAP Ariba across Nomad Foods we need to engage our suppliers with our new procurement system and onboard them to the new system seamlessly.

Over 3500 suppliers need to be onboarded in a structured and trackable way. The onboarding information needs to be reviewed, validated and uploaded into Ariba, as well as the onbaording status needing to be tracked and reported regularly. Additionally, key suppliers will need to be managed to ensure their products and service catalogues are availble within the system for go live and supported going forward.

The role will liaise with the Nomad Procurement operations team on a day-to-day basis, and will report into the Phoenix Ariba implementation team.

**Responsibilities**:
Supplier Enablement Operative duties will include:

- Tracking responses and distributing follow up communications to suppliers
- Managing supplier contact information and validation with relevant buyers
- Keeping relevant stakeholders updated and informed on onboarding process
- Supporting the Catalogue Team across their daily activities
- Supporting the teams on other admin duties as required for the job.

Qualifications:
Essential
- Capability to represent Nomad Foods to its supply base
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence to deal with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and office 365 including SharePoint
- Abiltiy to work to tight deadlines

- Supplier management experience
- Experience with SAP Ariba
- Experience with Ariba Catalogues
