**Job Description**:
Pertemps Milton Keynes branch, are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator, to join our team as a Branch Administrator.
This is an incredibly busy role that requires a very organised approach.
- Monday to Friday- 0900 - 1730**What are we looking for?**
Someone to be the face of our branch, answering calls, meeting and greeting our visitors, making them feel relaxed and welcomed throughout their visit.

**The Role**:
Your role will be to provide administrative support to a busy recruitment branch including the following tasks:
Meeting and greeting visitors.

Chasing timesheets for payroll.

Filing.
General administrative tasks.

**Skills Required**:

- A people person with a willingness to help.- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in writing.- Well organised.- Microsoft Excel skills.- Capable of managing your own time and priorities.- Ability to work to deadlines.**Why Join Pertemps**
