A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team at Innersense Aesthetics Medical York as a Part-time Patient Co-Ordinator. At Innersense Aesthetics Medical we pride ourselves on patient care and attention to detail, providing exceptional treatment and customer service with a holistic approach. We offer Aesthetic Injectable, Advanced Beauty and Beauty treatments. All of our Therapists and Nurses have undertaken extensive training to provide the highest quality treatment.

The hours that are required are:
Monday: 9.15am-5pm

Tuesday: 9.15am-7.30pm

Wednesday: 9.15am-5pm

One Saturday a month: 9am-2.30pm
- Have experience working on reception, front of house, treatment coordinating and/or sales roles.
- Passion for delivering 5 star customer service
- Reliable, dependable and a team player but can also work alone and use initiative
- Caring & Empathetic
- Professional, proactive, attentive and immaculately presented
- Experience with working with KPI’s
- Target driven and forward thinking
- Outstanding communication skills
- Enthusiasm for in clinic promotions, use of social media
- Good organisational skills and be able to prioritise tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet patients courteously and warmly on arrival ensuring the correct consultation form is completed
- You will take bookings and payments and provide an excellent standard of customer service at all times
- You will communicate and together with Nurses, Therapists, management and other staff members to ensure each patient receives a fantastic, seamless experience.
- You will monitor and record new patients to the clinic. Drive forward the new client referral scheme that has been launched
- You will be converting enquiries into consultations.
- Manage waiting and reception areas including the merchandising of the reception area according with in clinic promotions
- Comply with company policies and procedures on Health and Safety and Safeguarding.
- You will ensure a high standard of professionalism, patient confidentiality and behavior is maintained at all times.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required
