**Finance Policy & Process Specialist**

As a **Finance Policy and Process Specialist** you are an ACCA qualified (or equivalent) highly organised individual with a proven track record of communicating effectively with business colleagues at all levels. You are able to identify, prioritise and suggest solutions to complex issues in a commercial and practical manner. You can manage and complete projects across multiple business units and commit to work collaboratively with numerous stakeholders at all levels throughout the company.

**As our Finance Policy and Process Specialist** **you will**:

- Be responsible for maintaining accounting policies and the aligned business processes that impact them.
- Develop and maintain a Governance process for updating policies and processes on a cyclical basis.
- Inform the Risk and Governance Board on adherence to Finance policies and processes, raise any financial risks and action plans for resolution.
- Ensure clear communication of Finance policies and processes to the wider business.
- Act as key contact with IT Applications team for any configuration changes, resulting from finance process or policy changes.
