General Administration Assistant/Financial Clerk

Job specification and terms - role (non exhaustive list for illustration purposes)
- updating clients by phone
- returning calls
- taking payments over the phone
- checking payments received through the bank
- liaising with accounts manager regarding client payment options

Requirements needed
- must be confident and professional on the telephone
- be able to work on their own initiative but also as part of a team
- be able to work to tight timescales and be able to prioritise their workload

Terms of employment
- 20 paid days holiday per year (excluding bank holidays)
- standard workplace pension scheme

**Salary**: £17,500.00 per year
