Job overview - this role exists to:
To be responsible for all clerical functions within the depot. To submit reports as necessary on KPI’s to the Fleet Engineer/Assistant Fleet Engineer. To ensure paperwork is processed and filed in a timely manner. To ensure staff wages are accurately input to Grampian/Workday for payment. To ensure all data on fuel, miles, are correctly entered in line with and on timescale to correspond with all Company Procedures. Anything else consistent with the overall purpose of the role.

Key accountabilities of this role are:

- To process and file job cards, defect cards and relevant paperwork in a timely manner and ensure EAMS is updated accordingly
- To open job cards for the coming week in line with the preventive maintenance schedule
- Process Engineering wages using Grampian Payroll system
- To ensure all engineering files are well maintained in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure engineering KPI’s are completed on a weekly/period end basis
- To ensure engineering H&S paperwork is processed and filed in a timely manner
- Update staff records on attendance and holidays, etc.
- Note taking and typing up of any meeting minutes
- Any other reasonable tasks related to business or depot activities

Key qualifications for this role are:

- IT skills and working knowledge of Company software packages is essential
- Literacy and numeracy skills
- Must be well organised and able to prioritise tasks
