**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Identify and analyze project dependencies, constraints, and risks
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize project timelines
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project schedules
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Producing schedules for agreement with client in conjunction with the Project Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Create a fully resource/cost loaded schedule.
- Meticulous maintenance of schedule.
- Track and report Planned versus Actual progress.
- Work with team members to capture and log any issues affecting progress.
- Attend / run site meetings (internal and client based).
- Monitor original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes.
- Ensure all progress is captured in updates of system and create reporting system for circulation of information to project team.
- Take lead in production/co-ordination in issuing of weekly reports.
- Lead and manage projects involving high-value contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or similar role
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify dependencies and mitigate risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Must be able to pass a UK security Check, have the Right to work in the UK and been i the UK for the last 5 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £63,000.00-£95,760.00 per year
