Fabricator/welder

We’re looking for skilled Plastic fabrication technicians to join our client on a variety of exciting projects.
- Don't worry if you don't direct have plastic extrusion experience, we will train you if you have come from a Stick or Mig background _

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and train employees in various HDPE plastics fabrication techniques, including installation, and extrusion welding.
- Ensure the fabrication of HDPE products adheres to project requirements.
- Oversee HDPE welding and liner installation procedures.
- Accurately interpret technical drawings, plans, and Inspection Test Plans.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum three years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication.
- Proven ability to effectively motivate and work with fellow team members.
- An understanding in HDPE or extrusion would be good but is not essential
- Proficiency in comprehending and executing technical drawings and plans.
- Salary negotiable up to starting at £20 - £22phr
