Job Title: Design Development Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Design Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating innovative engineering solutions that meet both our manufacturing capabilities and customer requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with customers and account managers to understand design briefs and ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop compelling and functional designs within tight deadlines, leveraging your expertise in design software such as INVENTOR.
  • Manage the entire prototype process from conception to completion, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Document best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly INVENTOR.
  • Experience with mixed material solutions and a strong understanding of engineering principles.
  • A proven track record of delivering accurate and detailed CAD drawings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey design concepts.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative approach, thriving in a team environment.
