**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sage**
- Input customer invoices
- Input cash records
- Input supplier invoices
- Input any customer/supplier credits

**Cash Reconciliation**
- Counting cash daily
- Keeping a record of the weekly amounts

**Stock**
- input/adjust inventory on our system
- Stocktake
- Inputting deliveries

**Products**
- Set up new product on our system
- Adjust product/price-lists

**Customers**
- Set up new stores on our system

**Stock Ordering**
- Create a new order form
- Send orders to suppliers

**TASKS**:
**Daily**
- Update Run sheets
- Cash Reconciliation
- Sage
- Delivery Note Inputs
- Stock Take Input
- Check P.O. D’s/invoices/queries
- Update Whiteboard

**Weekly**
- Reports.
- Sales
- Van stock take
- Returns
- Call ratio
- WH stock take
- Run sheets.
- Display Reports

**Monthly**
- Reports.
- Monthly store review
- VSM review
- Product sales analysis
- United Scotland Figures

**Quarterly**
- Reports
- Sales
- Van stock take
- Returns
- Call ratio
- WH stock take
- Quarterly store review
- VSM review
- Product sales analysis

**Ad Hoc**
- Price increases.
- Created new run sheets
- Create manual invoice
- Create a credit note
- Holiday planner
- New stock history cards
- Report requests from the manager as and when required

This position is 35 hours per week, flexibile working hours is a possibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
