Based in Sydney Vice President, Banking Sales is an experienced senior sales executive accountable for selling consumer, corporate, and analytics SaaS solutions to our banking customers within the ANZ market. Operating in both a consultative and direct seller capacity, you will execute effective sales processes to drive success against sales targets. You will create opportunities to show how our enterprise platform solution can be leveraged by key, named banking clients of all sizes, from community to mega, to meet their business objectives.
- Manage sales for the Banking Group within the ANZ region
- Generate a healthy sales pipeline for named, large integrated transformation banking deals, and successfully convert it into sales
- Develop and execute successful account-based sales campaigns in the region in consultation with enablement colleagues
- Create and implement pipeline acceleration programs, which include key account plans and sales presentations
- Leverage effective client relationship management to drive sales performance in the short and long term
- Prepare and implement client and prospect engagement strategies to solve clients’ business issues
- Monitor the ongoing client experience and proactively anticipate client needs by having a strong pulse on emerging industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Proactively build strong internal business relationships to collaboratively identify continuous enhancement opportunities of sales efforts and build a deeper understanding of our customers’ needs.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must have**:

- In depth understanding of consumer and commercial banking in ANZ region
- Deep understanding of core banking modernization, transformation, and other banking initiatives, specifically in ANZ.
- Experience of selling enterprise platforms in the financial services industry10+ years of progressively complex experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based Banking Technology solutions to large multi-stakeholder banks in ANZ
- Demonstrate a history of C-level and senior executive connectivity in the ASEAN banking fraternity both in Technology and Business
- Demonstrated ability to move and influence a team towards a common goal to achieve desired results
- Experience in both direct and indirect sales models in the FinTech / Technology Banking space

**Preferred skills**:

- Understanding of financial institution consumer and commercial pricing and billing processes, segmentation, and digital enablement strategies
- Technical aptitude in understanding technology as a solution to solve business problems in the financial services industry
- Understanding of banking industry ”as a Service” adoption landscape and key trends
- Experience in working with Microsoft and Azure cloud services from a sales perspective
- Experience using CRM software to plan and manage sales processes and cycles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £132,261.00-£158,713.00 per year
