First established in 2003, Welltek's collection includes soundproof office phonebooths as well as Recovery booths to allow employees to have short rests during the work day. Our clients include PWC, the Bank of England and the NHS.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and an ability to see through projects from start to finish. The key job responsibilities include:

- Co-ordinating and planning the completion of projects including the placing of orders
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Working with the wider Welltek team for a seamless customer experience
- Responsible for resolving any claims or disputes that arise during the project, including progressing product claims with manufacturers.
- Ensuring installations go smoothly by forming excellent working relationships with our suppliers and partners
- Site visits. Physical site visits to check access before installation, and to check ongoing progress.

The successful needs to demonstrate that they have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - able to get along with all types of people
- Excellent organisational skills
- No need for a technical background (although this could help) but has the aptitude to understand product information
- A problem solving skill set
- The ability to meet deadlines

The job is mainly office based, in our Clerkenwell showroom, with some site visits and some home working by arrangement.

**Salary**: £28,495.42-£37,429.95 per year
